Relax and inhale the sea air from a spacious, open-plan apartment with panoramic views over the iconic Godrevy Lighthouse and St. Ives Bay. In summer enjoy a glass of fizz on the balcony as the sun sets over the sea; in winter come and watch the waves crash over Godrevy island.
Tucked away on the coast in a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only ½ mile from Gwithian surf beach and with St. Ives just across the bay, enjoy peace and tranquility in the heart of the Cornishcountryside.

This apartment has been reimagined from the annexe in my family home, spread over 1 ½ floors with its own private entrance and generous balcony space.
The light, airy and modern space consists of an open-plan, boho-inspired bedroom, cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen spacious enough to cook up a romantic meal together.
French doors open straight onto the balcony complete with patio furniture to enjoy the sea views from with a glass of wine. If this isn't entertainment enough, you'll find a Smart TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system, WiFi and a selection of Cornish books to leaf through.
For cosying up in the evening there's warm lighting, extra throws and blackout blinds, or for early risers there's ample room in this minimalist space to practice yoga or get creative as the sunlight streams in through your windows.
Downstairs you'll find a generously-sized bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with his & hers sinks (or hers and hers, or his and his) and a separate toilet.
The property features keyless entry and there is ample parking on the driveway outside which is down a lane off the main road. Help yourself to some herbs from our Mediterranean herb garden on your way in.

✨ NEW 2026: Introducing the sunset spa deck! ✨
Soak away your stress with a glass of fizz in the wood-fired hot tub as the sun sets on the horizon by the iconic lighthouse. Lounge in the seating area or grill up a BBQ in summer, or sweat away the aches and pains in a wood-fired bio sauna with cold shower & plunge barrel– invigorating at any time of year.
Hand-built in a minimal Japandi style with a glass front framing panoramic views over St Ives bay & Godrevy lighthouse, your destination is full relaxation. Bio saunas are mid-heat & high humidity, so you can inhale the benefits of the fresh coastal air in the steam.

For special occasions like birthdays, honeymoons and proposals, please get in touch so I can help make your stay extra memorable

The wood-fired hot tub and bio sauna are available as optional private sessions and must be reserved in advance.

• Hot tub pre-light with firewood: £30 per session
• Sauna pre-light with firewood: £20 per session
• Extra firewood (or DIY): £10 per bag

Sessions are unlimited in length once started and can be arranged for any day of your stay with at least 3 hours’ notice.
The spa deck is accessed via a short walk through our garden, but the hot tub and sauna area is fully private and reserved exclusively for you during your session.
If you’d like to use the spa on your arrival day, please let me know when booking so I can prepare it for you.
Further details are provided in the apartment.

We stayed for 14 days. The apartment felt like a home from the beginning. Everything you need is there, even plants to make it cosy and a fully equipped kitchen. The view to the sea is stunning. We saw fantastic sunsets. It is a really good starting point for everything you want to visit in Cornwall. Lucy is a fantastic host and answered all our questions immediately.

We found the annexe was perfect for 2 persons who like a quiet, peaceful, comfortable location with great views. In particular, we enjoyed the grand view overlooking Carbis Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse from its large balcony. In summary, we found the property well furnished and well equipped, and particularly liked the large bathroom and shower on its lower level. In addition, we appreciated having our own parking space at the side of the property and enjoyed the simplicity of its keyless entry system. As a further note, we found the location well positioned to access both the north and south coasts of South West Cornwall. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here.

I can’t say enough good things about this lovely studio in Gwithian. The owners had thought of everything you might need, even a beach bag which I had forgotten, and the quality and cleanliness of everything was exceptional. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the sea and the location is fantastic just a few minutes drive to the beach or walking distance if you wanted to. We loved our stay and will be back.
