This pleasant and comfortable apartment is located in one of the best communicated places in Barcelona.
Newly renovated and with all the comforts.
Interior apartment, without any annoying and very sunny traffic noise.
Building with elevator. Air conditioning, heating, laminated wood floors. Wifi.
3 bedrooms (one with two beds of 90, another with double bed 135 and the third with a bunk bed with two beds of 90).
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and one with a shower. Large fitted wardrobes.
The Fabra i Puig metro station is the L1 line from which you can access all of Barcelona and is located 100 meters from the apartment. Perfect for quick access to the Ramblas, the Old City, the Port and the main beaches of the city.
The bus stop is just in front, 200 meters next to the Sant Andreu Arenal train station. Buses lead directly to the main tourist attractions of Barcelona: Church of the Sagrada Familia (3.02 km), Parc Güell (2, 83 km), Gaudí House-Museum and Mercat dels Encants (2.89 km).
From Sant Andreu Arenal train station there is perfect communication with all the cities outside of Barcelona, both on the Mediterranean coast (fishing villages and spectacular beaches of the Costa Brava, north or south, the beautiful Roman city of Tarragona with its circus, amphitheater, Roman museums and Salou, with its Port Aventura amusement park, all located within 1 hour by train). And the mountains. For winter sports and ski slopes you can go to La Molina, which is 2 hours away by train.
In the same street you will find all kinds of services: supermarket, pharmacy, press, ... and restaurants of all nationalities and prices: Chinese, kebabs, pizzas and of course traditional Spanish home cooking.

    Very nice! The one negative was the air conditioning in the rooms. Very little to no air was felt in the rooms even with the ventilators placed at door. You should also check the shower in the main bathroom. The nozzle does not stay therefore very difficult to shower. Otherwise our stay was great and the little backers just next door was a perfect hit! Many thanks!

    The apartment was fabulous, well located and a cool refuge during a very hot period. We found good cafés and an excellent restaurant in the neighbourhood. Transit was easy and the three day pass was perfect for us.There were convenient and very good places to buy food; we could’ve used a bit more equipment in the kitchen.

    The apartment is in a residential area. Mid century? Check in process good. Nice and clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could need. Air conditioning welcome but there was a great through draft when windows/ doors propped open so only used air conditioning intermittently. Old furniture / antiques a bit like visiting grandma..? Huge supermarket over the road and Lidl just around the corner. Close to metro. We enjoyed eating locally. We felt very safe.

    Spacious, well equipped, clean, 3/2 flat conveniently located near metro station, bus stop, pharmacy, convenience store, supermarket/department store and restaurants galore with various international flavors. Only drawback is single mini split AC on bedroom area, make sure you are comfortable sleeping w your bedroom door open. We were lucky it was cool and breezy at night and could sleep w windows open.

    The property is beautiful with a wonderful neighbourhood lots of authentic restaurants, fruit stands and markets nearby. The property was clear and well looked after other than a sluggish hall air conditioner. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! My only worry was confusion on check-in information in advance. For international travellers, we need more than 24 hours to confirm.

    We enjoyed the apartment very much- super conveniently located. It did get a bit hot in the bedrooms at night- but overall was a great place for our visit to Barcelona
