**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: There is intermittent construction within all three buildings of Mountain Green Resort due to ongoing upgrades. Please expect some construction upon arrival. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

This large and comfortable Mountain Green Resort studio is located in the resort's main building. You'll have the convenience of a restaurant, deli, fitness area, and racquetball court all housed in the same building, but, the studio's placement in a quieter area of the building offers the best of both worlds during your stay.

Killington is filled with things to do in any season. For the snowy months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tubing. The warmer months offer hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and golf. If you are looking for something a little more adventurous or something family friendly, there is the Killington/Pico Adventure Park just down the road with a mountain coaster, zip lines, and a jump towner among many other activities.

Ski shuttle details: A short walk to Killington’s Snowshed Lodge, or take the free shuttle bus! During ski season, a free shuttle bus runs the two-minute ride to Snowshed Base Lodge; every 15 minutes on weekends, every 30 minutes on weekdays.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    I rented this unit for one main reason:. It has a wood burning fireplace. When I made the reservation under the special request section, I asked for extra kindling wood. I never received a reply. However, upon my arrival, the fireplace was sealed with a giant sticker saying that by ordinance of law fireplaces in the whole building had been shut down. (Something about smoke not flowing out properly, lack of maintenance which is a rampant issue in this building). We only rent units with wood burning fireplaces when we travel to Snow destinations, obviously for the warmth and of course for the ambience. Ambience. If someone would have actually read my request for extra kindlingwood, perhaps they could have called me and informed me that the fireplace was not available and offered me alternative options or a refund. That didn't happen. Besides all of this, the unit is dated, the bed is rock hard, and the temperature inside the unit can be difficult to control at times. Times. Beyond that, there was major construction happening in the unit directly above me. As such. From a noise factor it was unacceptable. Vacasa who manages this company has an office on site, however, I never saw a representative in there during normal business hours. I'd love to talk to somebody from that company about this. The review may be modified based on the outcome of a conversation with them. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend to a friend. Even the safety certificates in the elevator were expired.

    Room was smaller..not spacious as the add suggested. It was advertized as having a fireplace. There are pictures of the fireplace, with wood stacked next to it. Couldnt use the fireplace per order of the FD or something. Felt a little untoward to have a key in room amenity like that be unavailable and not share it. Building was very nice, amenities were very nice. Pool area was top notch, restaurant was good. Having a ski shop on site was super convenient. Parking was sufficient.

    We are an active and busy couple so we weren't looking to spend a lot of $ on accommodations as we really only needed a place to crash at night after our outdoor adventures were done. That being said, for the amount of money we did spend, I expected a nicer place. The building is in various stages of renovation but overall was kind of dark and dreary. Our room did not have much natural light which made it also feel dark an d outdated. It met our needs though. Pool and hot tub were a nice feature.

    The room was clean however the dishes were not very clean, the carpet has many stains and the bathroom fixtures are old and in need of repair. Both elevators were out of service before my stay was over. With that said, the room fulfilled my needs for a place to stay on a budget and the location would be perfect for winter skiing. Just don’t expect an up to date new place if you choose to stay.

    Great value and location. However, room was a bit dirty (French fry in the pull out couch) and the keypad battery died temporarily locking us out. Management was quick to fix the issue though.

    A wood burning fireplace with an unlimited supply of wood! The wood was quite wet though so we needed kindling and/or firestarter. Quite cozy for two perhaps a little tight for four people. Clean and everything functioned well yet could use a little updating - bleached spots on carpet, door knob kept falling off.
