Beautiful, charming and spacious Cape Town home, in the best part of Green Point, with easy access to many amenities and all of Cape Town's best offerings. With a lovely outdoor bbq/braai area and swimming pool to enjoy long summer days, as well as a fireplace to keep cosy on a winter evening, this house is perfect all year round and is a great option for families and friends. The property is located within a 15 minute walk to the Promenade - a much loved communal space used by residents andtourists for walking, jogging, cycling or socialising whilst enjoying some of the best sunrises and sunsets Cape Town has to offer.  Lions Head (a great hike with 360 degree views of Cape Town) and Signal Hill (a perfect sunset picnic spot) are just behind you.  You will find many amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. on the Main Road, a short 10-15 minute walk away, with the City Centre, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches all within a 10-15 minute drive away. The beautiful Green Point Urban Biodiversity Park (great for the kids, picnics and morning strolls) and Stadium are also just a 20 minute walk away.

Contemporary furnishings in a classic and charming Cape Town home. Very spacious, with wooden/concrete floors, high doors and ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Spread over two levels.

Downstairs - leafy entrance and hallway leading to: Spacious open plan - fully-fitted, modern kitchen; dining and lounge area with large fireplace; opening onto a lovely paved outdoor area with built in bbq/braai area. Spacious bedroom with queen bed, built in cupboards and en suite bathroom with shower over bath. 2nd bathroom with shower.

Upstairs: Very large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, built in cupboard space and an en suite bathroom with a large window bath and separate walk in shower. 3rd bedroom with double bed (no ensuite bathroom but there is a separate shower downstairs).

Secure garage parking for one car. Please be advised that the pool will be cleaned every second Friday. Please let us know a day in advance if you need us to reschedule.
