Enjoy your own private entrance, full kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, coffee station for drip coffee or latte's, bedroom with a comfy queen sized Sleep Number bed, 3/4 bathroom, quality towels/sheets & a living room with a gas fireplace, desk, large flat-screen TV, high speed internet, and an additional 1/2 bathroom & access to laundry upon request. We are located 1 mile from the University of Washington, 1/2 mile from Children's Hospital, 2 blocks from 2 bus lines, a mile from the link light rail, and walking distance to numerous restaurants/shops/grocery stores, University Village. We are only a 15-minute drive to Pike Place Market & down town Seattle and about 30 minutes to . Come enjoy Seattle!

We stayed in this tastefully remodeled daylight basement apartment for a little over a week. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location in a quiet neighborhood of homes near UW was perfect for us. It is very close to a number of excellent markets and eateries. The hosts were perfect: welcoming and available without being in any way obtrusive. We will definitely be checking to see if this apartment is available for our future visit to Seattle.

Did a review in April the first time we stayed. This time the weather was much colder. Discovered there is no separate control for how cool/warm it is. (Unless I missed it). Looked for notebook with instructions of procedure for leaving but was't there so I apologize for not remembering what to do. Very nice place to stay. Recommend because of location and cost. Second bathroom is great. Nearby market has great cookies.

The suite was very well equipped and furnished. Very pleasant decorations and the neighborhood too. The dining arrangement was a little odd, a high table with backless bar stools. Regular table and chairs would have been more comfortable.
