Great location for attending my meetings at the Egan Center. Nice accomodations, well stocked kitchenette, very good bed, very clean and airy, comfortable heat. Some street noise a couple of nights, not a problem since ear plugs were available.

Studio is in a relatively central location that's walkable to everything downtown. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check-in was easy and everything worked as intended

The room was perfect for our stay. One thing though to be cognizant of is there is no dresser for clothes, but that's a small detail compared to the great stay we had in Anchorage!

If you want heart of Anchorage, this is the place. Decent price for what it is. It’s cute, clean and close to restaurants/shops. While the neighborhood was a bit sketch, that’s most of down town Anchorage. Same ambience as you’d get from even the nicer hotels. However, the dual building/door locks made it a safe stay feel. Only thing I’d say that I didn’t like was a 300 dollar charge to my card that had no explanation. Contacted the property and didn’t get a response other than what seemed to be automated, but the charge disappeared after I sent that message about a day later. Don’t know what that was about. Overall, fairly good stay.
