Spacious Condo w/ Deck ~ 3 Mi to Downtown Chicago!

Lovely apartment two blocks from United.

Host was very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

Easy check in, the lock confused us at first but after we figured it out it was a breeze! Overall great space for a group, we had 8 women total. There was enough lounge space for everyone. Super comfortable beds, people mentioned it several times. Basics in the kitchen- plates, pots, pans, few seasonings. It seemed safe and was a great location to the Damen stop on the green line, about a 5 minute walk. Parking was easy on the street, seemed to be plenty of it.

This was the perfect accommodation for our girls trip to Chicago. The property was clean, safe, and modern. Maria was a very responsive host and was quick to help us out with the few things that we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

I honestly don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere else more beautiful!!! The esthetics in this home are amazing!!! Like it never ends!! You can tell they put their heart and soul into this place!! Maria the host was super responsive and I Loved that!! I had a delayed flight and was able to get a bit of a later check out! It made such a huge difference!! When coming back to Chicago this is the only place I’ll stay if available!!

Park nearby for kids but house itself is not really meant for kids. Great place for adult friends or family to stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was really easy to get around wicker park from here and the home was very clean and well decorated. Equipped with mostly everything we needed except we wished there was propane in the fireplace. We were spending some time outside and it would have been nice to enjoy the fire as advertised. Otherwise a wonderful stay and Maria was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The house was a great size for a group of 9.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a prime location. A 10 minute walk from the United Center and a 5 minute walk to the Green Line.Great kitchen with everything you could ever need.Communication with hosts was excellent and lightning fast.Highly recommend!

We attended a wedding at City View Lofts. This location was perfect. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, with many amenities (including an electric keyboard). Super coffee shop nearby too.

We visited for a wedding and enjoyed having space for our whole family, including a toddler and grandparents. Nicely laid out, easy access to transit, clean, fabulous! Maria was helpful throughout, including helping line up and iron so we could attend the wedding looking our best!

We had a wonderful experience. 6 older adults traveling from California to Chicago to attend the wedding of a niece. Having a comfortable house to share was important to having a good trip. Maria was easy to reach and was very generous in her support. I hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful home. Had plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. This place offers way more than any other place I have rented for items pre-stocked. I have already told friends about this location. Neighborhood is 15 min from multiple places to visit. Would definitely rent from them again.
