Stayed Jul 11, 2025Really great location - just round corner from Metro, close to supermarket and easily walk to lots of restaurants. Property not big enough for 6 people as advertised (there were 5 of us and that was a stretch). Fold out bed super uncomfortable and no pillows/linen/towels provided. Tried to use toaster but blew fuses in apartment every time we plugged it in. Washing machine extremely loud. No plug in sink in kitchen to do dishes and no dishwasher, and no drying rack for wet dishes.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Its definitely not chic nor spacious apartment. It is very small,barely enough room for a group of 5.Squeaky old floors, ancient latches,which are hard to close. The sink was clogged and was backing up very often. Tiny kitchen,where it was extremely hard to prepare even a breakfast. This is a first VRBO place where there were no welcome tea or coffee. Restroom is sooo small that you have to open the door to use it. When you are taking a shower you can see the hallway and it goes opposite way as well,no privacy. I wanted to ask for another blanket and it turned out they charge for it and its only available next day. In the conclusion I want to say that this apartment is not worth the money they charge for it. I wouldnt stay there again at least not for that price and I would think twice before renting it even for less price. P.S.the pictures of this appartment are much better then the reality.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Perfect spot for taking in the Olympics, steps from 13 metro line and buses and surrounded by fun restaurants and shops. Apartment was small, as to be expected for an older building in the city. Beds were fine but kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. Biggest complaint was the bathrooms. The toilet was difficult to access, similar to on an airplane with knees hitting the door when sitting. The shower was modern but also featured an interior window allowing full view from the hall! We hung a towel to give privacy but just lazy to not use frosted glass. Overall positive, we made it work

Stayed Feb 18, 2024Communications were very good right from booking to check out. The apartment was spacious, clean and felt very safe. The bonus was a washing machine as we travelled light. The metro was a 2 minute walk away and very easy and quick to get anywhere in Paris. We were also able to walk into Paris (48 minutes) but there was a lot to see so felt more like 20 minutes! Moulin Rouge and Montmarche are also all in walking distance. Overall would recommend this property and would return.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023This was a nice apartment with good security. It was clean and presented as per the photos. The location was good and close to the metro. The beds were comfortable. On the downside - the toilet was tiny and you could hardly close the door without bumping your knees on the door, some of the furniture was wonky and had the owners belongings in some of the drawers. Considering the price It would have been nice if some basic supplies were provided in the kitchen but there was nothing - no tea or coffee and not even dishwashing liquid or a cloth even! Also you couldn’t open the freezer door as it was jammed into the wall! Theee was no bedside light or bedside table in the main bedroom and flashing lights across the road into the bedroom might be bothersome to some people. The owner responded well to our requests however we were not expecting to pay a bond and it took two weeks to get it back. We were very upset when we received an email advising we were only receiving part of our bond back but after stressing about it and trying to contact stayz we eventually got all of it back anyway which was very odd! Overall it is a nicely presented clean apartment but needs a little extra effort to make it work better considering the price (bedside table and bedside light in the main bedroom and kitchen supplies and fix the freezer door so it opens properly!!)
