Spacious apartment on the beach, FREE WIFI FIBER, wonderful views, Playamar

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was ideal for our family, having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large eating and relaxing areas. It was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The storage space in the bedrooms was amazing too and the beds were very comfortable. Use of 2 pools was also very attractive with a bar at each of them. Javier was very friendly and accommodating allowing us to stay late in the apartment on the day of our departure. The apartment is situated close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. It was outstanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier’s apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, furnished to a very high standard and well equipped, with plenty of storage, great sea views and a variety of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. The location is excellent as it is only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, about 15-20 minutes’ walk from La Colina train station, within walking distance to the centre of Torremolinos and easily accessible to Malaga or other locations on the Costa del Sol. The residents’ gardens and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Javier was a very responsive host and we would love to stay at this apartment again.

From the very first contact, everything has worked great. Javier, the host, made us feel welcomed. He met us at the gate and showed the apartment, which was cosy and had everything we needed. He also fixed us some padle and tennis rackets to use on the property courts. Tennis 2€, padle 6€. We also got free entry to the pool area with free lounchers (until mid June). The Mercado supermarket is on the walking distance. Cooking was easy, since tje kitchen was fully equipped! Strongly recommend this apartment!! Thanks!!

The appartment had everything you could ask for.kitchen had everything bedrooms clean and comfortable the balcony was lovely with views over the sea such a wonderful thing to wake up to. The area was also perfect two supermarkets a short walk away. A taxi rank just right out of the appartment enabling us to go to the train station and into Malaga a must for the day. Most of all Javier the host was friendly and available at any time if needed which we didn't but nice to know. We as a family would not hesitate to visit again thank you Javier from Sarah and mark with sister rachel and two teenagers macy and Freddie from Manchester England x one small thing we would say and only a helping point not a criticism the 3rd small single bedroom could do with just something to hang clothes on even just a little rail but not a deal breaker at all just a perfect stay x

The apartment is located on a secure property with beautiful gardens and view of the sea. Easy access to shopping and the beach. We love the place and would come back again

I stayed here for one week with my family, including a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The booking process was really easy and communication with Javier before and during our stay was great! The property is fantastic. Really well maintained, homely and yet practical. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. It had loads of space for our family of four, including 3 great places to enjoy food, an enclosed baloney, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi and smart TV. It was a home away from home. The pool downstairs was for residents only - which meant it was reasonably quiet, well maintained and had two lifeguards at all times, which was great for us with young children. The supermarket and local restaurants are literally minutes away. We enjoyed lovely meals out every day and really appreciated some recommendations from Javier. I would highly recommend this property and am sure we will be booking again for next year!

Wonderful holiday apartment. Javier, the host, is very helpful and recommends good restaurants. Perfect for families either with small children, teenagers or adults. The beach is just across the road, chiringuitos restaurant, or chill out in the swimming pool.Definitivamente, volveremos de regreso, fueron unas fantásticas vacaciones, con piscina, playa y restaurante!!!!!!!!
