Spacious apartment for 6 people - center - air conditioning - WiFi - parking - beach 250 meters

Although the apartment was spacious, clen and well equipped, there were a number of negatives.Air conditioning was only in the lounge and hall and although fans were provided in all bedrooms, it was still uncomfortably hot.Although the balcony was south facing, it got no sun and had no view due to it's postion and neighbouring blocks The pool was uninviting - artificial grass, a few old plastic chairs and very noisy locals ( shared by 4 apartment blocks).On the whole we had a good week due to it's central location and oroximity to the sea.Communication with the apartment managers was excellent.

Would recommend a stay at this apartment for any age range group. The place is very spacious and clean, has a well equipped kitchen and in a brilliant location. The hosts Monique and Patrick are very helpful. Other review mentions the busy road and noise, we didn’t notice this at all. We would definitely look to stay here again

First things first: the apartment is great. It's huge, comfortable, really well-equipped and in an ideal location for Torrecilla Beach and the centre of town. Lovely panaderia downstairs, a couple of minutes from local bars and cafes, and a short, easy walk into the main town square and Balcon de Europa. Also has its own parking space and a lift. Monique is a pleasure to deal with, excellent communications and a genuine, friendly welcome, even at almost midnight! One thing to note: it's right on one of the main roads into the centre of town, and really close to Tutti Frutti square, so it gets a fair bit of traffic noise in the daytime and evenings and a fair bit of human noise at weekends. We found closing the windows at night was enough to block the worst of it, and none of us suffered from lack of sleep, but if you're a particularly light sleeper, make sure you take earplugs! No complaints at all, we had a lovely stay, so all that remains is to say thanks, Monique!
