Spacious apartment at few steps to las Ramblas, Liceu and Boqueria Market!

There were a number of issues with this property, mechanical and upkeep. Some of the problems were addressed immediately, others not so much. The owner has gotten back to me and indicated the property is being taken off the market while upkeep in being addressed. The neighborhood was quiet, but the upstairs neighbors were heavy footed in the middle of the night - maybe late night workers.

Great location and well set up for groups. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a well set up kitchen, living room, dining room. Easy walking around El Raval, Gothic Quarter, and the harbor. About 30 Euro to/from the BCN airport. Taxi's and metro are available a few blocks away on La Rambla. The Liceu metro stop is great for longer adventures like a trip to the train station or Parc Guell.

The apartments were very clean. Located right next to restaurants and a supermarket. Shopping was about few steps! Philip was excellent. He responded back w/in mins to every text. The customer service was excellent. Everything went smoothly. I recommend this place and I appreciate the wonderful hosts who take good care of their guests!!!

Great apartment, exactly as the pictures show. Clean and tidy and good quality furnishings and amenities. Great location right off the Ramblas so easy walking access to everywhere. Would recommend it for groups that will be out exploring and eating/drinking.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the fact to stayed in 2 apartments so we had many rooms and bathrooms. There's a nice shop at the corner where you can enjoy breakfast/coffee. The contact I had with with the staff before and during the stay was great, they answered all questions and replied asap. All in all we enjoyed your stay! Thanks!

Fantastic place if you want to be in the middle of all the action in Barcelona but in a quiet street. Plenty of space to sleep 8 adults. Very clean and with the 2 shower rooms it is a perfect place to get up and go explore or party and sleep after a long day of all that !

Apartments bigger than looks in the photos. Perfect location walking distant to everything and markets and coffee around the corner! The apartments are modern, beds were comfortable and after arriving from Italy the showers were terrific! The apartments offers everything you need we loved it and will be back!!

Great stay in the best square of the city center!!! In the middle of Gothic and next to Las Ramblas. Just 5 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña and you can get to the main atractions walking. I would definetely stay in this place another time!
