Located at the foot of the slopes, it offers ski-in ski-out access onto the Petit Ubac slope with direct access to the Sibieres chairlift. You will enjoy a beautiful mountain view and the passage of snow groomers at the foot ofthe residence. It features a sofa bed with a real 160 cm mattress, a shower room with WC as well as a functional kitchen. Its balcony is directly connected to that of the second apartment, forming a very large corner balcony on the slope side, ideal for fully enjoying the outdoors and the view.
The second apartment, a spacious 46 m² one-bedroom apartment with a wooden chalet-style atmosphere, offers a warm and high-end experience. Overlooking the competition stadium and the Petit Ubac slope, it benefits from an exceptional panoramic view over the ski area. Its large bay window allows you to fully enjoy indoor and outdoor living and fills the living area with light. It includes a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and television, plenty of storage, as well as a shower room equipped with a washing machine.
The living area, spacious and welcoming, features a convertible sofa (160 cm) and a fully equipped open kitchen: traditional oven, hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine (4 people), fondue set, hand blender, citrus press, as well as board games to enhance your evenings.
These two apartments, located next to each other, allow you to preserve everyone’s privacy while easily getting together to share meals and convivial moments. The location is simply exceptional: at the foot of the slopes, in the immediate vicinity of the Sibieres chairlift and shops.
