Spacious and cozy apartment in San Agustín

Lovely apartment with nice relaxing area's, close to beach and restaurants.

My friend and I were staying in the apartment for always two weeks. I must say we felt immediately at home. The apartment has everything you need for feeling comfortable. I worked most of time and Internet connection was perfectly stable. The only minus was building works nearby so that I couldn’t work outside most of time. But this is something the landlord cannot influence. With two terraces outside there is enough space outside and you can get the sun any time a day. And the beach is just a few minutes walk away! I might come here for working again and highly recommend the apartment also for vacation.

We went there as two couples and to work from this beautiful apartment and it worked great. Even when the internet wasn’t working properly, Rosa reached out to the company and got it fixed so we ended up with 300mbit which was def enough for 4 people working and mostly in video calls! Highly recommend ? we’ll be back!

Our 4th visit to Rosa's apartment. Much improved since last time. To improve it even further, a new single mattress would improve the comfort. Also some toiletries to save having to bring some from home. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Rosi's in January and my overall impression is that the photos do not do her apartment justice as it is far bigger than we thought. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and both outside areas get the sun at different times of the day. We used the BBQ frequently and enjoyed relaxing in the back patio area . There is a small supermarket at the end of the street and the beach is 5 minutes walk away . There is a restaurant at the end of the street which is OK however we preferred eating out at those on the sea front close by. Overall we had a fantastic time in GC and would definitely recommend Rosi's apartment. If we ever were to visit GC again I would have no problem in asking Rosi for the use of her apartment again .Thank you for a lovely stay

We stayed 11 nights in march/april in Rosis apartment and there was a lot of sun on the terrasse backside. So we could have a sunny (late) breakfast on the terrasse every morning. In the little garden in the front there was sunshine in the afternoon. The apartment is one base floor which is a few steps beneath the street level but it is a light apartment with enough windows. The apartment was clean and the sandy beach is very close (less than 5 min walk). There are several supermarkets close by, one is in the same street, next to restaurant Loopy`s. In the apartment there is free WiFi. The apartment is calm, only while sitting on the terrasse backside we sometimes heard the family in the apartment above us talking and watching TV. But I think that is normal. Inside the apartment we didn`t hear anything. The owner Rosi is nice and answers quickly via mail if you have any questions. When we arrived there was a friend of her to give us the keys and showing the apartment. We had a great stay, thank you very much - muchos gracias, Agnes

The apartment gets almost no sun or day light, the windows are so small , the apartment is sub ground floor and below street level. We were due to stay for a month and left after 9 days, we were told there was UK TV, I did ask before booking and was told by the owner she had checked herself and UK TV was available, this was not true she had not checked it.There were many other faults but I notice that photos show some have been rectified, we have stayed in many apartments, this one was poor and we would not stay there again
