Spacious air conditioned 3 Bed Duplex Apartment, Private Parking And Shared Pool

Great size apartment for 6 adults. Everything you could possibly need for self catering- plenty of crockery and cutlery/cooking utensils, including a barbecue on the large main terrace. We appreciated that there were basic ingredients available eg cooking oil and seasonings and also washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid. Neil gave very clear instructions for accessing the apartment and parking space. Good information regarding local supermarkets, restaurants and things to do. Great location for Burriana beach but note that there is a fairly steep climb back at the end of the day - not a problem for us though.

Our family of five had a good time in Neil's apartment. Very close to the beach and to the centre of the town. Clean and organized. Neil was very fast in responding to all of our questions.

Having been totally let down by hosts at oasis Capistrano who double booked our accommodation and only told us 2 hours before we arrived, Neil came to our rescue, preparing the apartment at Jardin de Burriana at a moments notice (which might explain why it the cleaning must have been a bit rushed) however apartment was excellent, great location and excellent facilities and booking us in with the minimum of fuss.

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights as a family of 5 adults. The apartment was spotless and as described in the listing. It is ideally located for the beach and restaurants and is a leisurely walk in to the town, although up a steep hill to start with. The communication with Neil was excellent and prompt. Hopefully we will be back soon as we loved it.

Superb location for Burriana Beach and great apartment with loads of space. Excellent terrace. Neil was very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

Refurbished apartment with all the facilities required for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Communications with owner, Neil, were excellent. Only slight downside was that location meant a 25 min walk into the centre of Nerja.

This apartment is wonderful and fully equipped with everything you need. i have stayed here twice with both friends and family. It really suits everyone. Neil the owner is responsive and super helpful. Pool area is super clean and great access for the Burriana beach.

Having been to Nerja several found the property to be in an ideal location only 5 minutes stroll down to beach , shops and bars . Property block itself were in a great location ideal for families , pool was great and outside areas very good for sun bathing and shade if you wanted it , my only minus was the pool toilets need to be cleaned on a more regular basis other than that great holiday place .

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything and more you could ever want was provided. Neil was great to deal with . Very secure. Great location. Would recommend !
