Please note the following House Rules before booking:
1. No smoking.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.
2. Strict no parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules
3. Please minimise noise between 9 PM to 8 AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 8 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Most of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.
4. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
5. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
6. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.
7. Lost keys or remote will incur a replacement cost of $250/set

    Pros - Listing is accuratePlenty of room for the 6 of usVery walkable to major areas, such as Hay Market, Chinatown, nearby shopping mall/stores, transportation Plenty of cafes/pubs nearbyWhile the accommodations did give everyone in our party their own sleeping space, the apartment was void of feeling homey. Whatever was listed was what you got. Nothing extra. No extra towels just in case, no hand towels/washcloths in the bathroom, no paper towels in the kitchen area. If you are looking for something with just the basics, then this would work for you. The host was very quick with their responses if there was an issue, such as when we were trying to check i

    The place was clean and had adequate beds and couches and tables and such but was hard to get into the parking spot and find the elevators when arriving and the separate lockbox spot from the parking garage was not ideal. It would be nice to have more than 1 key fob for the various family members coming and going. The dryer is super loud. The balcony was small and had a view of the street and storage facility across the street. It met our needs but did not wow us.

    Guests were attending a conference at the ICC. Apartment is in a great location, has everything required. Check in instructions very clear.Only small minus was that the sofa bed matress was uncomfortable.
