After confirming your booking, you will instantly receive a message containing two important links:

1. A Pre-Arrival Form — to submit guest and vehicle information

2. A Rental Agreement — required to finalize your reservation

Our trusted third-party partner Truvi will then contact you by email and text to complete your ID verification and guest screening.

Your personal digital access code will be issued one day before check-in, once all steps are completed.

Damage Deposit Notice
As part of our guest verification process, our trusted partner Truvi will collect a 2% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approximately $10.

This is not a charge or a hold — (Truvi performs a pre-authorization, which is a temporary check to confirm your payment method has sufficient funds available).
The $10 service fee is non-refundable, unless the booking is canceled.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.
Because this property is enrolled in a third-party damage protection program, all guest screening, ID verification, and damage resolution are managed directly through Truvi, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
