This newly renovated 1 bedroom spacious apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just opposite the Southern Cross Station where the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

NOTE : Apartment is for up to 4 occupants whether it's adults or children. Be aware the second bed is the Sofa Bed (refer below for details)!!! For booking with 2 or fewer guests, the sofa-bed will incurred additional cost due to the additional cleaning of extra linen and quilt provided.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Earlier check-in depends on availability. In general, I will not be able to confirm until the night before your arrival. Nevertheless, please provide your arrival flight number (if flying) and your arrival time. I will keep that in mind if let you know the night before if it is possible.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure. No Cash Accepted.

    This has to be the most convenient apartment in Melbourne! Right across the street from Southern Cross Station, it’s a fifty meter walk from train or Skybus. Simon, our host, made check in easy. He responded promptly to all communications. The apartment was tastefully decorated and just as described. The bed was very comfortable making sleeping in the huge, but very quiet, building dreamy. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with tasty ingredients bought at a nifty supermarket just a block away. The city’s free tram system is accessed just as conveniently. We felt at home instantly thanks to excellent maps and literature supplied by our host. We’ll be back...

    I hesitated to give this apartment a five star rating because of the cleanliness of the hallways and especially the trash room. The hallways were dirty with littered paper, rice, and a three day old ground in chocolate bar. The trash room had an entire jar of sauce spilled (complete with broken glass on the floor for at least two days). Everytime someone entered the trash room they tracked footprints of sauce through the halls. On the other hand the host Simon was very helpful when we arrived and the apartment itself was very clean and tidy. It was a good value and the location across the street fronm the Southern Cross station was convenient. The concentration of street sleepers and settlers in the area was obvious but really they posed no safety problems. I'd recommend this apartment to friends on the location, value, and the tidiness of the apartment alone. It was a good value for the money and the location.

    This flat is perfectly located for convenience and ease of getting to places in the CBD. It is compact but all that you need for 2 people.

    The apartment was efficent, centrally located in the perfect spot in the middle of the city and was a wonderful home away from home. Everyhing from eateries, supermarkets, transportation and attractions were easily accessible by foot. The building was modern, very secured and quiet! The hosts were super nice and helpful. Truly an awesome city with amazing people and such a great experience.
