Stayed Apr 2, 2025I needed a long term stay while house hunting that allowed a dog. The property was exactly as advertised and the area well suited to dog walks. Very comfortable and well equipped.

Stayed May 26, 2023This VRBO is located about 12 minutes from Red Rock Amphitheater. It is also reasonably located for access to downtown Denver. The accommodations have everything that you will need.

Stayed May 1, 2023That’s what I felt about my stay. I hate to tell anybody else about this place because I want to book it the next time. Honestly, if you don’t mind a short drive to downtown or surrounding areas, I think you’ll like it.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023Bruce was very accommodating of my girlfriend and I, we didn’t have a single complaint! The place was clean, well stocked with the essentials, in a great location, and coming/going was a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private stay near Denver.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023This was a great find. The location was in a secluded area off the street. The accommodations were excellent. Bruce was great host. He was always available if we had an issue, which we didn't have any. Wanted to stay later this spring again, but the unit was already booked. So book early.

Stayed Jan 23, 2023Due to weather affecting my original plans it was very nice of Bruce to accommodate me and allow me to book for a later date. He even stuck it out with Vrbo customer service to make sure my trip was modified appropriately. My stay here was great. The space is private above a big garage. You can come and go as you please once you check in with Bruce and he gives you the key. There's plenty of space for him to park so parking was never a hassle.
