- Afully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 × 200).
- Bathroom with bath and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, iron.

Outside:
- A 12 m² terrace on the west side with furniture available (1 table, 4 chairs, 1 electric barbecue, 2 deckchairs).
- A 5 m² balcony on the east side, accessible from the living room.
