Stayed Oct 24, 2025This little gem was a perfect place for two. It is cosy, comfortable, and very clean. We had an issue with the remote and the host responded right away. There are all the shops, restaurants and grocery within minutes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We loved staying in this cozy little basement suite- the location is great, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was a very quiet neighborhood. It is very small, so wouldn’t want more than 2 people obviously, but it was quaint and we were comfortable! Unfortunately I had so much fun I forgot pictures, but here is a picture of Henderson Lake that is very close by.Alfred was a wonderful host and checked in multiple times to give us check in info and make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Alfred was very communicative and helpful when needed. We had a peaceful stay, sleeping on comfortable bed. The bathroom a bit small for my liking but clean and practical. The location is perfect. Everything we needed was only 5 minutes away.

Stayed May 9, 2025Overall we liked the space.The metal bed frame squeaks loudly every time you move.A frying pan under counter has crusty old food on it.The entryway wasn’t very inviting because of the leaves & dirt.I’ve used VRBO for 25 yrs & I wasn’t impressed with the untidiness of the space..
