Southern Comfort

It was a greet property for me being all on One floor. Easy entry with my bags, large kitchen comfortable beds

We booked this place when visiting Albany for a family reunion. Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It’s was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and dining.

Great location and very nice accommodations. James was very nice and easy to work with and I had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. Sincerely, Jan

Overall it was just right for our family , great little neighborhood and pictures don’t do it justice. Very beautiful inside

James was very responsive. The house was adequate for our four day stay.

Cancel the rental on the day I was supposed to check in. And didnt responded about my refund

This unit was perfect for what we needed. Close to shopping mall and local groceries stores and restaurants. Love the closed in patio area. This place had all the amenities

Kitchen needs to be improved

Very nice space and furniture and good location. The kitchen was very poorly furnished. The floors and windows were filthy.

All was good until we got back from site seeing and no AIR conditioning took 8 hours to fix

Had a wonderful stay. Very nice place to stay had no problems at all. Everything was very nice and clean.

Next time I’m headed to Albany, I’ll book this same place. It was just what I wanted and needed!

We appreciate the cleanliness and accommodations at Southern Comfort. In fact, we’ve already booked another stay!

The bedroom carpets had been shampooed that day so everything was wet which also made the flooring throughout the house slick (humidity). There were internet issues the first night. While the property manager did handle the internet issue, there were long delays in communication. We ended up leaving early for the safety of my elderly mother (slick floors were a fall hazard).

Overall, once we into the VRBO, the place was as advertised and fit our needs. It was the space we needed and close to the family we were visiting that lives nearby. Once in the space there was little that we had issues with, though the towels did smell like smoke and the hot water went out faster than we’re accustomed to.But the check in process was one of the more bizarre experiences I’ve had. We messaged the host weeks out and never received a response from that message. We ended up calling VRBO a couple days beforehand since it we never heard back from the host. Ultimately, we did touch base with the host the day of (via a phone call) and the host is nice. But then the host gave a different address for us to be at only to reach out to us and let us know that he to be in a third unit (apparently the host must have separate properties beside each other). The space is nice and if you’re comfortable with not having details until the very last minute and a host that won’t really use the VRBO app messaging center, then you’ll be ok.

The condo is the perfect size and in a good location.

Clean, spacious and comfortable with nice patio. Photos don’t do it justice. So much better than a hotel for our 4 day stay. I left a hair dryer for the next guest.

It was great to have two bathrooms. We didn’t know to bring our own coffee. Good TV reception with Roku. We enjoyed visiting the Chehaw Park and Zoo.

We stayed at this property last year November for our Family Réunion and we love the location. The area is nice and very quiet. This year our reunion was in September and I knew where I wanted to stayed. SOUTHERN CHARM ALBANY GEORGIA. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. Hope to back next ye a r

This property was Awesome because of the location, cleanliness, and how it gives you that home away from home vibe.

Clean Good value Didn’t like thermostat stopped climate control each night at midnight and we awoke to a stuffy environment
