Guests have the entire duplex with private access to enjoy their stay to the fullest. You will have access to all the spaces: • the cozy living room ️ • the fully equipped kitchen • the two comfortable bedrooms ️ • the functional bathroom The entrance is simple and convenient, ideal for a flexible arrival after a day at the beach or on the hiking trails . The area also offers nearby parking , making it easy to get to Étretat, Yport or the surrounding cliffs.

It is advisable to come by car so that you can move around the region more easily.

Departure instructions — Check-out before 10:00 AM

Before leaving the property, please:

️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
️ Take out all the rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (note: transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
️ Remove the bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance of the property
Close all shutters and windows
️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
Do a final check of the property to make sure you haven't left anything behind
