SOUK43 - Modern Prague Apartment with Balcony

Two days before check-in I contacted the owner for instructions on how to access the apartment. I was told the booking had been cancelled for non-payment. I had received no notice that a payment was due or that the reservation was going to be cancelled. I don’t know if this lapse in protocol was with the owner or with VRBO. Strangely the owner had another unit available for 13 days at the beginning of high season and offered it to us, at the same price for a less desirable unit. Since I was in no position to find a different rental on short notice, I had no choice but to take it. The unit itself was acceptable with one caveat. The courtyard outside the unit was shared with a restaurant that was active at night with loud music and talking till the wee hours of the morning. We finally solved this problem by downloading a white noise app and letting it run all night.

Great apartment very centrally located to all of the major sites in Prague. Full amenities, quiet building, would stay again.

Perfect location in the heart of Old town Prague. All key attractions are walking distance. Very quiet, clean and safe. Large apartment with recently renovated kitchen, main bathroom and 1/2 bath. Newer fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Office staff was fantastic and very helpful. We suggest letting the office staff arrange for ground transportation to and from the airport or train station on arrival. Guests need to stop at the office to pick up the key so using their drivers makes everything easier. Fantastic apartment and experience

The unit was spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. The location was walkable to just about everything that you will want to see. My unit was not the one pictured in the ad and had a separate bedroom. Most folks would love this extra space, but I missed a TV visible from the bed as that is when I watch it, to fall asleep. The bathroom was spotless, but as you can see there is no shower, so it is a little steep getting in and out of the high tub for me. Thought I would try a bath again, but no, love my shower. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Obviously recently refurbished both the unit and the building are top end. Walk to everything. The only complaint is no shower. If that was corrected the place would be perfect.

Comfortable and relatively quiet in a perfect location for exploring Prague.

Everything from the beginning to the end was flawless; communication, location, apartment, bed. We were stayingfor 5 nights for New Year's and got a holiday gift( Champaign and snacks) from the management, which was very thoughtful and sweet. There are two things for my fellow Americans to know, the tiolet is in a separate space in the hallway, which i loved. And there is only a tub, no shower.

This apartment was perfect for our week stay in Prague. It was newly renovated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and within a five minute walk of the old square as well as Wenceslas Square. Good restaurants and shopping we just a few minutes away. It was also very close to metro and tram stops. The staff at the office was very helpful and was always willing to answer any questions we had.
