Home Truths
There is no cable.
Due to the central location and music venue next door, you may hear noise during your stay.
Very spacious unit and good location, relatively close to most destinations, about a 10 min drive everywhere. Our car did get broken into in the parking garage, so probably not the most secure location. Messaging with the company about anything is a hassle. The unit could definitely be cleaner as far as baseboards and such but we didn’t care much about that.
It was great having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Nice modern decor. Nicely furnished with all the necessities and extra if needed. Beds comfortable with great pillows. Short Uber ride to broadway honky thinks. Comfortable seating is inadequate. We had to park on the street because the parking spaces in the parking area were full or designated compact. The furniture and ceiling fans were dusty. One bedroom had trash beside each bedside table. Be prepared for extremely loud bar music from the bar on the first floor of the building. The windows allowed cold air in. The fire alarm panel at the front entrance was on non stop for room 205. Several homeless outside the building with their trash and waste left on the sidewalk at the front entrance. I would not book this again.
Nice place, conveniently located. The parking garage is tight. The common area in the condo is small for a larger group. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.
Destination Christmas was awesome. The four bedrooms and four baths was amazing to have with each of kids and their spouse having their own space. The one level was great for the little ones. It was clean and perfect to celebrate our small Christmas and adventures. The local noise was tolerable and they have sound machines in each room. The only negative was one parking space for four family cars. Would book it again
This property was very spacious and comfortable. Parking is very tight, especially in an SUV.
The whole place could have been cleaned with a little more intention. There were stains on the bedsheets. The glass doors to the balcony were covered in a film & not clean. Bathroom sink was backed up and the water would not drain. Some of towels had random holes in them. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Just wish it would’ve been a little cleaner for how much we paid.
Place and location was great, my daughter and nieces loved each having their own room and bathroom, easy check in and out.
We were there just for a couple nights. Great location to Broadway - easy and cheap Ubers. A few restaurants near by instead of having to fight crowds downtown. Emails from manager were easy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The up patio is great!
This was a comfortable experience far me. All clean and stocked. Easy checkin. Responsive host. They have their own app, easy to use. I recommend.
My family traveled from different parts of the country to meet in Nashville. I booked this VRBO because of the great proximity to downtown, amazing rooftop view of the city and there were also great restaurants and a really fun arcade/bar within walking distance. We had a really great time overall despite some of the quirks of the property. The neighborhood is very loud till about 3am.There are a couple white noise machines and earplugs provided but beware if you’re a light sleeper and don’t plan on staying up late. The cleanliness of the property was disappointing. It’s seems good right when you walk in but when you take a closer look it’s not so great. The first thing I saw when I walked into the living room was extremely dirty sliding doors and one of those doors had an interesting and very large drawing from the last party. Could have been a nice decoration but we just weren’t throwing that kind of party. There were THICK layers of dust everywhere including under the bed (I checked to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind while packing). Scuffs and patches and drink splatters on the walls. It was really nice that each room has its own bathroom but they were stocked very randomly. Full trash/dirty linen bags left for long periods of time right outside the elevator and trash right at the front entrance left for days as well. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend staying here but I highly suggest that the property management raise the cleaning and maintenance standards.
Unit is in a very convenient place. Easy to catch a bus to downtown Nashville. The unit itself had clean beds and bathrooms but thats where the cleanliness ended. All of the area rugs, living room, hall and under the beds were not vacuumed prior to our arrival. Couch had not been moved in some time and had food under it. The windows of patio door were thick in finger prints, spiĺled food and grime. The patio door track had food in it. There was thick dust on all baseboards and behind the doors, including a large toenail behind one door. Food and grime on wall in kitchen by the garbage can. Dont look under the beds! Dirt, wrappers, a pill behind the bed discovered when plugging in a cell phone. Very disappointing. Several message went out to the company and they finally came and did a clean 2 days into our rental. I asked for a call or email from the property manager but got nothing. Its too bad that they can't keep it clean because this is a good property in a very convenient area. Sorry Sonder Group, never again.
Property could have been cleaner. Furniture was very uncomfortable but we were only in the apartment for a short time.
Great place to stay! Close to everything. Very clean, stocked with all essentials, pictures are exactly on point and great neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend this building, you will not be disappointed.
Clean, comfortable, great place to stay
Perfect for a large group. Great location close to broadway and lots to do near it.
We enjoyed the size and the fact that every room had a bathroom.
Everything was just like it said and was very well communicated and overall amazing
The property was very impressive. We enjoyed our short stay there and would do it again.
This unit was absolutely huge! Multiple master bedrooms, hallways between bedroom doors, and a large kitchen and living room made this a great place for our family to get some privacy after a long day in the car. The parking garage was cramped, but welcome compared to the street parking, and the whole area was alive and active until 3am, even on a Sunday night. Joyland restaurant (which is featured on Netflix) is just a block away, and definitely worth checking out.
It is not far from downtown by car. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Fantastic rooftop lounge area and super modern yet comfortable apartment.
Excellent location- bus stops right outside door. Had a parking issue and managers were first rate in responding.
