The neighborhood is fantastic, but as a light sleeper, I was woken by the street traffic a lot. its a main thoroughfare, and from 5am to 11pm the public busses make the house shake when they pass. i enjoyed walks in the green park nearby and local coffee shops and eateries. The room is very cozy (except for the heater, which wasn't working properly) and met some nice people during my stay.

The pictures for the listing intentionally hide the layout making it seem much more spacious than it is. The kitchen is communal and at the front entrance making it awkward to use. The bedroom is not very spacious with the desk directly next to the bed. It’s more cramped and public than presented in the listening. The entire building felt like a mix between a hotel and a hostile. If the listening had accurately established my expectations for the space, I would have enjoyed it much more.
