This updated and thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps 7 guests and offers the perfect mix of mountain charm, comfort, and convenience. Located directly across from Park City Mountain Resort, you’re just steps to the lifts, trails, restaurants, shops, and the free Park City bus line—so no car needed!



Inside, the the murphy bed features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is designed for maximum flexibility with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle—perfect for kids, teens, or the young at heart. A second full bathroom is located just outside the bunk room for easy access.



The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, entertain, or refuel after a day of adventure. The living and dining area invite you to relax with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, comfy seating, a large TV, and direct access to your private patio—ideal for morning coffee or après-ski happy hour.



NEW in 2023: Air Conditioning! Stay cool during those sunny summer days after mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the town.



You’ll also have access to fantastic shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The building includes a ski/board storage room, bike storage and tune-up space, and ground-level access for easy gear loading.



Whether you're here to chase powder, pedal singletrack, or soak in the town’s historic charm, Snowblaze offers the ultimate Park City experience—with style, location, and all the comforts of home.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, and private outdoor patio.

With ground-level access and a community bike room for storage and tune-ups, your gear is always ready to roll.



Winter:

Ski days made simple—just step out the back door, cross Empire Avenue, and you're at Park City Mountain Resort. It’s a true boots-on, poles-in-hand experience with no shuttle needed. In under 5 minutes, you’re fully dressed and cruising up the PayDay lift. After a day on the slopes, stash your gear in the shared ski/board room and head straight to Main Street for après-ski fun.

At Snowblaze, you’re in the heart of it all—just steps from Park City Mountain Resort and a short, breezy stroll to Main Street’s dining, shopping, and nightlife. Want to venture further Hop on the free Park City bus just outside your door and explore the town with ease. No parking stress, no traffic—just effortless adventure.



Other Things to Note:

Perfectly located just steps from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) lifts and trails.



Deer Valley Resort is approximately a 10-minute drive away, offering world-class skiing and dining.



Canyons Village is about a 15-minute drive, giving you access to more slopes and amenities.



Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife are an easy 10-minute walk from the condo—no car needed!



Enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, maintained by the HOA; occasional closures for maintenance or weather may occur.



This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed per HOA regulations to keep it fresh and welcoming for all guests.

    I would absolutely stay here again! The condo was in an incredible location for getting to the PayDay lift, and also to restaurants, shops, etc. And the condo was very comfortable and clean. Rori and Jim were great hosts, very responsive if you had a question, but they let you be if not.

    We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and updated. The location was amazing, right across the street from the main ski lodge, and walkable to town easily. The building itself was on the older side and could use some improvements. The garage has low clearance, so we had to park our van in one of the reserved spots outside, but that wasn't an issue as outside parking was available. Our kids loved the buildings hottub and used it every evening. We would stay again!

    We booked this property somewhat last-minute as another location fell through and were so pleased with our luck. The location is great - just across the parking lot from the lifts and lodge. Walkable even for a 12-year-old in ski boots. Parking was easily accessible. The home itself included a number of thoughtful amenities and touches that we really appreciated. My wife noted that the bed was even comfortable! The one thing I'd flag is one of the showers can be complicated given its height. Not at all a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The hot tub is also getting a little dated, but that's really reaching to find something to quibble about. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this location to others!
