The Space:

This self-contained studio is designed for convenience and functionality, offering a comfortable sleeping area and a compact living space suited to shorter stays.



A minimal kitchenette is available for light meal preparation, making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts or snacks during your stay. Please note, the kitchenette does not include a sink.



The studio is attached to a larger townhouse, but provides a private space for guests. This smart use of space offers everything needed for a relaxed and easy stay in a great location.

Family-Friendly Extras:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the studio unit, which is attached to a larger townhouse within the Alpine Village complex.



Please note, there is no dedicated parking available. Limited 4-hour visitor parking is available on-site.



Laundry facilities are available within the complex and operate on a coin basis (approximately $3 per wash and $3 per dry).

Frankton Road connects central Queenstown with the Frankton area, making it easy to get around.



Public transport runs regularly along this route, and taxis or rideshare services are readily available. Walking and cycling along the lakefront are also popular options.



As there is no dedicated parking, this property is best suited to guests who plan to use public transport or rideshare services during their stay. There is a bus stop directly beside the Alpine Complex, this is reflected as Battery Hill on Google Maps.
