This space is a bright, charming 2 bedroom flat on the top floor of a classic redbrick conversion just off the King's Road and less than 6 mins walk from Sloane Square Station and Peter Jones Department Store. The superb location of the flat makes it the perfect base to explore London and all it has to offer.



The property comprises reception room with space for dining, separate fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, master bedroom with en suite shower room, second doublebedroom and family bathroom. The apartment offers wooden flooring throughout with a modern feel and is fully furnished. Set on the 4th floor (top floor) with lift access to the 3rd floor (3rd to 4th floor is accessible via stairs).

This is one of our smaller property's in the collection but the location is second to none. The property is appropriate for a couple or a small family of 4.

    The flat matched photos so we knew it was a small. We were disappointed in quality of mattresses and bedding. Mattresses were very worn out, pillows, and bedding low quality. The weather was beautiful and warmer than usual so it made the upstairs flat very warm. Requested another fan and was quick to receive it. Couch in living room was also worn out.and very uncomfortable. Location and owner were lovely tho.

    The unit was just as described-and more We were comfortable and happy on our extended stay. Everything works and there are some supplies.Kristy responded quickly every time. The location couldn’t be better.

    I spent 4 weeks at the flat. The neighborhood was excellent in every respect - nearby restaurants, proximity to Tube and museums, right by King’s Road but streets away so quiet, and great wine and cheese shops and bakeries, as well as several excellent places to shop for groceries. The host (Kirsty) was very responsive to queries and very helpful. I highly recommend the flat, especially for a longer stay when you can enjoy everything the neighborhood offers while not shooting off to tourist attractions.

    This was a great location and the flat was very nice. Things were a little tight with four adults(two older daughters) and the living room furniture could have been a little more “adult” friendly. Overall the flat worked very well for our six day stay. I was having email issues while in the UK and the host was extremely helpful working thru the check-in process. Thank you!

    This is a great flat in a great location. Easy access to the tube. All kinds of shopping nearby. Grocery and restaurants moments away. All while being in a quiet residential area.I would stay here again

    Location was perfect. The flat had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room could have been more comfortable. 70 yr olds have a tough time getting up from a bean bag chair. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your rental .

    My daughter and I spent a wonderful month in this great flat. This upscale location is truly superb - quiet and we felt so safe. A short walk to both Sloane Square and South Kensington tubes. The Piccadilly line tube from High Street Kensington goes direct to Heathrow Airport. Bus 360 is literally across the road - it goes directly to several world famous museums, only 4-5 stops to the Royal Albert Hall, and who can resist a visit to Harrods? There are also buses from Sloane Square to the theatre district. The wifi in the flat was great. Kirsty was truly an exceptional hostess, with any enquiry attended to immediately. We highly recommend this rental, and we'd certainly be happy to stay there again.

    My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law celebrated Christmas and our February 2024 50th and 5th wedding anniversaries in London. The apartment and location were perfect and convenient to the subway. Kirsty responded quickly to our questions; so much better than renting from an agency. The kitchen was well-equipped for our daily breakfasts. Other meals we enjoyed in the many London restaurants and pubs.
