I don't live at the location, but Cheyenne is small and I'm available if you need anything.

I arrived around midnight. Parking directions were great, but there was no light in the parking area and it felt sketchy. (An idling car and a bicyclist lurking in the alley). Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate. The code I was given didn’t work to access the unit so had to call the property management number which they did answer after a few rings (thankfully!) and had me try a different code. It’s a sweet little apartment with a lot of potential— minimal decor. Futon looked uncomfortable. Bedroom bed was comfy, but I opened the window to get some fresh air and it was very noisy next to the highway and would benefit from a box fan or something in the bedroom to drown out the noise and increase airflow. Overall, more interesting than a hotel for sure! But could use a little more TLC.
Owner was very helpful, and the apartment was spacious and tidy, if a bit spare. Location is great. My only issue was the three flights of stairs we had to lug our luggage up and down. Better suited for younger travelers and longer stays.
Great location and good value. A bit loud with locals cruising around, but to be expected. Not bad after 11pm.
The unit was fantastic. It had a rustic feel, but was excellently maintained. Very clean and cozy. Check in/out was very easy. Despite being downtown, it was fairly quiet. Parking disappears during the day, the radiator heaters weren't functional (attended to with a space heater provided by management), and our door code didn't work. Otherwise, a very good option.
Very nice place to stay. The host was awesome with check in info and all communication. Nice stress free stay
Id rent again to bad pets werent aloud
Cheyenne has changed a lot in the past 15 years, and we had a great time staying downtown. So many choices of places to eat / drink, view art, theaters, arcades, and a really cool vibe. This very sparse 1 bedroom worked great for us. Don't forget the Stairs.
The apartment we stayed in was on the 3rd floor, which is great because we were not bothered by other guests. It was fully equipped with everything you need and more and very relaxing. The location is super convenient to stores, restaurants, shopping, government facilities and the freeway. I would, and will, recommend this to friends and family while in the area. Plus, the owner communication is superb. Definitely 5 stars here plus three thumbs up ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ???
