In the heart of downtown Cheyenne, here’s your stylish, cozy stay. Located on the second floor of this incredible historic building, this 1 bedroom apartment has what you need for one night or many. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of equipment to help make this your home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
The main entrance of the building is accessed with a keyfob that is in a lockbox. This keyfob is shared by all the guests in the building. It must be placed back in the lockbox with the numbers scrambled after use. Failure to do this, requiring us to track it down will result in a $25 fine. If the keyfob is lost or damaged, there is a charge of $50.
No smoking of ANY kind (cigarettes, vaping, pot, etc) permitted in the building. It’s an old building and the smell will definitely carry throughout.
We do not own the building and the owner does not allow pets.
The apartment was very comfortable, well stocked and in a charming part of town. You need to be mindful to not over power the old electrical system, but it’s easy to manage and such fun to stay in a historic building.
The living space was adequate but there were numerous issues internally, including: - Several of the outlets were taped off and did not function. - The A/C in the Living Room did NOT have a receptacle close enough to it for operation. - The A/C in the Bedroom only partially functioned. - The door lock mechanism required you to key in the code twice each time in order to unlock the door. - The Radiant Heater in the bathroom is too close to the toilet. - There is no functional Radiant Heater in the bedroom.
This second floor apartment has a great location to walk downtown Cheyenne and easy parking in a lot. The apartment met our needs though the electrical issues made us shy away from using the stove. We appreciated the owner's quick response when we called about the property.
