Room was smaller then expected when listed as a suite. Location was great with very close access to the beach. Dog was welcome which was great. Room and property were clean and well maintained and our host was always available for any questions we had!

We have stayed at this location the past 3 years and love it. The location is perfect. Close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and far enough away to have some solitude. Just a nice ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean. We love that is pet friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Great place for a long weekend getaway

It was a good location and the inside was very nice. The only thing, although small, is every unit had a screen in the window except ours which I would have loved to open the window. Also, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was not labeled so I had no idea which was which. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time.

John is the one and only host I will stay with for the rest of Hampton days. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

2 parents MINUS 4 kids. It was great! Location location location. Far enough away from the crazy hampton strip. Not too far you cant walk. The beach is directly across the street. Would have been great if there was a closet to store our stuff but we made it work!

We will definitely be coming back again. I’m not sure if you rent in the winter but we’re thinking about doing something like that in the future but we’re definitely gonna be coming back next year so thanks John and your crew and VRBO as well.

Excellent time..only complaint is no silverware in apartment except 1 knife.

It was fairly clean, the room was dry, doors and windows worked . It had the basics. TV was not usable unless you have pay subscriptions. This is an old school motel with views of parking garage and dumpsters, squeezed between new 4 story condos. It was scary to arrive at night. Too expensive for the room.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property!! Walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants!!! We utilized the grill and outdoor space!!!

The unit was as described with an exception; the bedside lamp pictured on the website was missing. We rely on lighting other than the one switch overhead lights and were disappointed that it was not replaced. The towels were clean but threadbare and should be replaced.

The room was perfect for my husband and I. It was in a very convenient location. Room was very clean.

Very happy with our stay here. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The assigned parking that was included was a huge bonus. I loved the location as it was off the main strip so quieter but still easy walking distance. The host was responsive and communicated all info needed. Only thing additional I would have wanted is cable TV in the room. I would definitely book here again.

Great communication with the host. My boyfriend and I had a great long weekend getaway. Very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk.

Perfect for a short stay

Husband was annoyed he couldn't get TV to work. Towels are awful. No closet to hang clothes. But otherwise, we had a great weekend. Adult kids in bigger unit in front building so we gathered there.

I had a great stay at this cozy little inn. The host was great to communicate with and the room was perfect! I was up visiting family and this was the perfect place to relax and spend some time near the ocean! It was quiet and I loved the parking, as I had my big ol farm truck with me. The room was clean and they had little snacks that came in handy! The bed was comfy and had a little fridge and a microwave. It is just steps from Hampton Beach and up the road from the strip, but close to all my favorites like the galley hatch and Portsmouth! I will book again when I head back for a visit, my new favorite gem in Hampton!

This was a great place for me and my wife to stay to be able to enjoy the ocean for a couple days. Our host John was very prompt in answering all of our questions.
