8:45 pm on check-in day. I Attempted to contact the people in charge. No answer. Chatted through app. Not answering my questions. It was like it was an automatic response generator. Absolutely HORRIBLE communication . Here's what happened: I plugged in the address on the app they sent to me earlier that morning. Google maps took me to an underpass and said my destination was on the right...under a train track underpass. I pulled into the first right after the underpass and it put me into a stadium parking lot. I tried it again. Same thing. I tried WAZE app. Same thing. Called the number. No answer. Looked up another way to contac5 them through the app. Sent message through the app asking where to go from the stadium parking lot and they said, you received your entry information at 11:39am. I said I have the access info but didn't know there I should go from the stadium parking lot. I texted the phone number that I tried to call. I finally received a response and they asked for my confirmation number. Said that I received my entry information at 11:39am. I asked where I should go from the stadium parking lot. They had no idea what I was talking about. I received a response from the app that I received my entry access information at 11:39 am. After an hour of back and forth with both numbers, 9:45 at night in an unfamiliar area. I'm trying to communicate with them. Literally start to look for a hotel nearby so I could have a place to sleep.
