The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a refrigerator, glass stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster. It comes fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen supplies such as utensils, flatware, glasses, pots, and pans. You'll have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a mini washer and dryer available for your convenience during your stay.
The apartment features a dining area suitable for four people, as well as a dedicated desk area for work. The super comfortable sofa in the living room is perfect for relaxing while watching TV. Additionally, a spacious sliding closet is available to store your personal belongings. The bathroom is thoughtfully laid out, featuring a tiled tub shower and complimentary toiletries. There is street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis except for Mondays and Thursdays, between 12PM to 3PM. Please note that free street parking is difficult to find as most free street parking is always occupied. If you're able to find street parking, please follow the street sweeping rules. • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

The apartment comes with free improved and high-speed wifi, smart TV with streaming apps.
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options and use code EPMG to get an additional discount.
3. Do you offer daily clean
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.
HOUSE RULES
Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Reservations made through Airbnb and Hopper are not required to place a security deposit. Reservations made through other channels (ie Direct Booking, VRBO, Booking, Misterbnb, Whimstay, etc) is required a security deposit.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Location: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access
- Dishwasher: The dishwasher is not functional
- Floor Plan: Please be reminded that the furnishing in the floor plan is not an exact represention of the interiors of the home.
- New York City Pests: Please be advised that it's very normal/common to see mice/rats in the streets of New York. Due to the continuing increase of the mice/rats problem in New York, (although rare to see one inside our apartment) we've also increased our efforts to help control them coming inside. Do note, we have a bi-weekly exterminator who visits the apartment, which means this could happen during your stay.
- Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.
