This loft is located on the first floor of the complex. It hosts a magnificent view of downtown Bryson City. The space has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, living/dining space with a cafe table and chairs, shower/tub combination shower, a brand new King bed, and 55 smart TV. There is also a twin blow up mattress for a third guest. Guests have access to the entire SkyLoft property. There is a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, corn-hole, foosball, shuffleboard, and a pooltable in the courtyard for all guests to use.

This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets, Dogs only!

To ensure you have a comfortable experience, we provide a starter supply of the following items:

Please note that these supplies are intended to get you started and may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and your usage needs. We suggest you visit the grocery store before arriving at your cabin. Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months.
Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Water Conservation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Please limit shower times, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, and report any leaks immediately. We also encourage the reuse of towels and linens to reduce water consumption. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors.
Run the washer sparingly.
Only run the dishwasher when it's full.
DO NOT wash your car.

Attention: Active Wildlife in the Area
Our area of WNC is currently experiencing increased wildlife activity, particularly from bears. While it’s a privilege to share our environment with these magnificent creatures, it’s essential that we all take precautions to ensure our safety and theirs.
Please follow these guidelines:
Secure all food and garbage: Bears are attracted to strong smells. Do not leave food in your car and reattach bungee cords to trash can lids every time.
Be aware of your surroundings: Stay alert, especially during dawn and dusk when wildlife is most active.
Avoid close encounters: If you see a bear or other wildlife, maintain a safe distance and do not approach.
Travel in groups: When possible, hike or explore with others, and make noise to alert animals of your presence. Keep dogs leashed at all times.

    I highly recommend if u get a change to stay here you should it was very clean and comfortable and walking distance to downtown and a lot of dining and shopping. This was our honeymoon we plan on coming back every year our anniversary

    Great location. Closer to the train than the parking area. It’s just right across the street from the train as well as tons of shops, restaurants and a few breweries. Cute studio with king size bed. Cornhole, pool table, fire pit are downstairs. Great stay at a great location.

    The property is in the HEART of downtown Bryson City, you can park your car and walk the whole town to eat and shop. The complex is still being worked on because it is brand new, but it is SO COOL! The outdoor area is beautiful with a fire pit, corn hole boards, swings, and a dining area. The room was beautiful and well appointed with everything you need when you arrive! LOVED IT!

    Perfect location. We also joined our daughter and her family who were staying in a cabin about 15 min away. We enjoyed local shopping, restaurants, hiking and the beautiful scenery of Bryson City. The Polar Express experience was very well done and the perfect beginning to our family Christmas

    The online photos for Skyloft 4 looked absolutely beautiful, so I booked it for November 14-16, 2024. I was concerned when they sent me a picture with the address and directions that looked like an abandoned shack located behind a self serves laundromat and a junk yard. I couldn’t sleep a wink the night before our departure. All I thought was this was a disaster. Once we arrived I was pleasantly and thankfully surprised it was like the website pictures. The relief I felt was overwhelming! The single room with a king size bed and spacious bathroom was beautiful. It is located behind a laundromat and a body shop is on the other side, but it was well lite and I felt safe. My husband and I slept very well. Bed was comfortable, heater worked well and so did TV. The kitchen was all new appliances but we never used it since we were only there for two nights. I do recommend the loft for anyone who is looking for a place in Bryson City, NC to stay. The loft was within walking distance to the train station. If you’re taking a train ride day or evening there is really no need to buy the parking ticket to the train parking lot, because you can leave your car and just walk from your loft. Now I will say our loft was up one flight of stairs, so if you have difficulty walking up and down stairs then this is not the place for you to stay. Only the activity area is ground level and the other lofts have two flights of stairs, but they are wide and have railings to hold on too.

    Pleasantly surprised when we walked into our loft unit. Very clean, really nice. All the amenities you would need. Full kitchen, bed was comfortable. Private parking on the property. You receive a code to get in the gate and a code for your loft. Very short walk to the train if you're going. Short walk to the main street in town for all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here at sky loft.

    Stayed 2 nights and this was the perfect location for riding the train, walking around town, visiting local places. Very clean and nice. We didn’t cook but full kitchen for those that want to.

    We stayed for 3 stays in Bryson City in Loft 4. It was new, clean and very comfortable. The bed was great and there was a full kitchen. We didn't cook but it was nice to put food and drinks in the refrigerator and make our own breakfast and snacks for the road. The location was the best. You are truly no more than 1-2 blocks from everything you want - train, restaurants, shops. I highly recommend.

    Very nice and clean studio and great location for walking around Bryson City and surrounding area like Deep creek or Cherokee. would be great for a group to rent all 4 units and enjoy all of the courtyard games and fire pit.

    My stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and set up well. Loved the location. Super close to everything in town. The property manager texted me to let them know if anything went wrong. (Nothing did) Over all had an amazing experience definitely will be coming back and will for sure recommend anyone that's visiting Bryson City to stay here
