A super, 2 bedrooms 9th floor apartment in Block A of the Edificio Skol, with a terrace that gives an amazing view from the Marbella´s port and the sea. This lovely apartment is east facing with a great sea and park views. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

There is a bright lounge / dining room with doors to the main terrace, fitted kitchen with serving hatch. 2 Bedrooms upstairs. Both of the bedroomswith twin beds; the master bedroom has marvellous seaviews upon big windows with twin beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and a completely bathroom upstairs with shower.
The kitchen is full fitted with owen, ideal for guest which like to cook.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
