This large apartment has accommodation comprising: lift access; living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 guests and access to the terrace; open-plan kitchen with electric oven & hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, etc.; bedroom with double bed and modern en-suite bathroom with large luxurious walk-in shower. The holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi and hot & cold A/C throughout.

    The apartment complex is well located in Marbella,however the apartment we were allocated was very close to a late night bar beside the building.Noise was a factor and was compounded by single glazed windows/doors in the apartment. Of greater concern were the cracked panes of glass in the balcony which were a danger to residents as well as passersby on the street below. In addition there was black mould/spores in the bathroom and a lack of hot water in shower and basin. These matters together with photos,as proof, were brought to the attention of the property/rental agency but no action or compensation for these major defects was offered. As a former property owner with a Vrbo listing I was very disappointed with the service provided. The least I would have expected from the agency was a partial refund as compensation for the apartment`s defects. I hope Vrbo or the property owner can rectify the situation by some form of refund as compensation.
