Beautiful area, Telluride. Was disappointed on receiving wrong door access code … took a hour of continuous contact to resolve …. A lot of noise at night from room directly above us. Room blew a fuse, was repaired next bay. The property is beautiful. Communication and directions need improved TG
Great location. Loved the absence of carpeting in the unit. The bed needs replacement and the unit needs a fresh coat of paint. Not sure if the bed is old or is missing some kind of support in the center of the frame. The condo felt on the small side for the two of us.
The property is essentially in the heart of Mountain Village with easy access to skiing. The description and photos were accurate depictions of the property.
When we checked in there was no mention of a building code to access the building and the provided room code did not work. Simple call and it was resolved but was a pain to get into the first time...once in we enjoyed the room and location!
The condo was spotless and very accommodating
Great location for skiing, quiet, comfortable Appreciate upgraded heating element Bathroom fan doesn't work One potholder not enough for cooking.
Good location though
This clean, well appointed, super cozy condo is located up on the mountain. But it is such a short walk from the gondola that takes you directly into town that it all just comes together perfectly. We loved our stay here and will come again
The unit worked well for our week stay for spring break. I’ll list pros and cons below. Pros: Location is really great, just steps away from the Chondola (lift 1). Unit was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Bed was comfy and pull out sofa was perfect for our 16year old. Cons: Pay close attention that there is no parking provided. This is only a con because I did not read the fine print (that WAS in the description after rechecking) and was well over $200 extra to park. This was our 9th year in a row coming this same week and was 1st condo that did not have at least 1 parking spot so I’m pointing it out. 2 last small cons are that the unit does not have a garbage disposal or dishwasher. Again, these are small cons but they are the ONLY reason why not giving 5 stars.
Let's start with the good: convenient location for skiing and accessing the gondola. Unit was more comfortable and a little more spacious than we anticipated from the pictures in the listing. Ski lockers downstairs were very helpful for storing our gear. There are a few things that need improvement however: The floors were not very clean upon our arrival. My daughter had dust and hair stuck to her leggings within the first couple minutes because she plopped herself on the floor to sit. After a day or 2 of normal shower use, the drain started backing up so we were showering in standing water. Perhaps a simple drain clean would take care of this. There is no lock on the door besides the key pad. For safety/security sake, I would feel much more comfortable with some sort of chain or other lock in addition to the key pad that anyone can access with the right code. (super easy change) We were provided tons of bath towels and hand towels (thank you!!!). The only problem is that we were only provided with one washcloth. Again, super easy solution for this one. The paperwork in the unit conflicts with many of the instructions and details in the online listing. Eg., there were differences regarding whether parking was available to the unit or not, whether we had hot tub access or not, check out time, etc. The information conflict left us confused. The biggest problem is with the electricity in the unit. We cooked popcorn in the microwave one day. The microwave stopped 3 or 4 times while we were trying to cook the one bag of popcorn, each time giving an error message of some sort, so we would then re-start the microwave once again. My phone charger base (the part that plugs into the wall) stopped working on day 2 in the unit. I've since had to buy a new one as it has never worked after that. I tried using my Dyson Air Wrap (hair dryer type of power usage), but it would stop working and seemed to overheat. It just turned off while I was using it and wouldn't turn back on. This has never happened ever before. It seems like an electrician needs to come check the place out and ensure that it has sufficient capacity to handle these really normal energy uses.
It was perfect for us, we skied everyday and had dinner out or got takeout. We’ll stocked with towels, are only complaint if your a morning coffee person they need a better coffee pot! We ended up going out to get it at 8.50 $ a cup. Gotta have are coffee.
The location is amazing for Ski in Ski Out. Easy checking and iut process and Great communication
