Improvements in housekeeping. Dust on EVERYTHING (headboard, remote controls, baseboards, bedroom side tables, and shelves)and debris in the floors not being swept or vacuumed, hair in the beds and bathroom floors, trash left under seat cushion in couch (still there when we left), and granola stuck dried to coffee cups in the cupboard was totally unacceptable. When we called the # for housekeeping, he said they had left already and this would require making them return. (Guilting us, it felt like) He also said a few stray hairs in the bed could be expected . Further requiring us to justify a basic level of expected cleanliness. (Very uncomfortable)But after seeing pictures we sent him, he retracted and agreed the apartment was not clean and he sent the cleaners back out. He called and followed up to make sure it was done. Apologies if any were insufficient and lacked awareness on what an intrusion and disappointment it wasFloor trap in hallway bathroom smelled awful. Air freshener in the bathrooms would be a nice touch. A minimum of 2 bath towels per person would be better. Small box of kleenex in living room and bedrooms would be a nice touch. salt, pepper, oil, and a basic spices would be nice to have stocked. 1 or 2 of the small long shelf life cartons of milk.AC in garden bedroom not cooling as it should. Apparently a repair person was already booked and he was unaware of us and tried to come in the apt unannounced while we were there not dressed for company.

I qas expecting a newer property the kitchen qas shocking fry pan burnt to a crisp and the kitchen was overall dirty a broken stove skirting was out of place and the coaches need steam cleaning the housr smelt sd soon as 8 walk in the bathroom has mould snd dort on grout midsing i could good on but the place was not clean st all
