Shopping and Dining in Downtown Greenville! Swimming Pool, Pets Allowed!

This hotel is very clean and nice.

The Hyatt Place is excellent including the property manager and all staff. It is the Supreme Stays of South Carolina or Roompicks that got a poor rating of 2 stars. It was very confusing who or where to communicate for a modification of reservation. Finally, I saw their communication on a vrbo message when they had told me to email. They had agreed to my change & with 4 days left I responded yes, great, but then they said I was too late responding and they couldn't do it anymore! The Hyatt Place manager took over and secured my refund for one night. Roompicks or Supreme Stays needs to alter how they handle this for future guests. It was very frustrating and time-consuming!

We loved the large spacious room that allowed my two older kids to have their own bed plus extra room for a crib. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the a/c was cool. We loved being walking distance to Falls Park on the Reedy and surrounding coffee shops, dessert cafes, and other restaurants. The add-on breakfast was very good and, with three kids, we appreciated having the valet, which made parking easy.

Staff is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. Great stay.

We arrived late for check-in because we were traveling but did give them a heads up that we would be arriving late. There were 5 adults so we booked the suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. When we arrived the hotel desk attendant told us the only room type they had left was a room with 1 queen bed! For 5 adults! We were then told that our room type on booking is NOT guaranteed, which was not listed in the fine print anywhere on this listing!! All other hotels in the area were booked and we obviously were not going to sleep on a hotel floor, so we ended up having to drive all the way back home which was another 2.5 hours. I demanded a refund which took several weeks and constant messages to get and even then it was only a partial refund. DO NOT BOOK on this listing - call the hotel directly!

Overall great. A little problem with check-in. Apparently short staffed. Front desk unattended from about 12 - 12:40. I was unable to check-in at my requested time. The supervisor that came in got the waiting guests taken care of and got me checked in. She was very gracious.

This hotel was in walking distance to all the fun anyone would want to have in downtown Greenville. The room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful.

We were in town for a wedding that started at 1:30 and needed a early check in to get ready. We showed at 11:30 and the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast was good, the indoor pool the kids loved; everything down to the vallet gentleman were great to speak to and work with. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great place clean !!!!!! Also the location and staff ,valet , parking also a fantastic breakfast there also a bar and food I will definitely be back to visit , I was up for a concert and I used a Uber to get there which is only 3 miles away you can walk every where and site see a lot of restaurants,night life . Such a beautiful city
