Stayed Jun 20, 2025Property manager should send more detailed information on how to access the property. You have to open a door, go through a tunnel, take an elevator, open another door with key, walk to another lobby and take another elevator or stairs to the front door of the property. We had to guess all that to get to the property.

Stayed Jan 24, 2026InterHome could do with a bit more customer care. Basically they are there to just give you keys. They should call and check to see if you need anything and if everything is good. We had several broken things in our rental. Who looks to see that everything is operational? No one wants workers in while they are there. Worst sheets, towels and pillows ivevever had in a VRBO. And if you stay in This place, you’d better like walking up 100 stairs to get home. Apartment layout is good and we enjoyed Zermatt. But disappointed in the care and maintenance of this rental.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice apartment! Suggestions: - It would be appreciated if Interhome could provide a small piece of soap in the bathrooms (like other agencies do). - I also informed the agency: an additional cutting board for bread (the cutting boards are very old/used) - the plug behind the microwave was loose and needs to be fixed - the sink in one of the bathrooms was totally clocked up when we arrived and needs cleaning - include type of coffee machine and sound/music system in the description.
