Serviced 1 Bed SKY VILLAS with View, Pool and BTS

Salvatore's apartment was everything I hoped it would be, and more. From initial communication from Dannie (regarding check in/out to any questions I had), who was wonderfully efficient, helpful and supportive, to the apartment itself. Location is fantastic for wherever you need to be. Amenities close by ... great restaurants, bars, supermarket, gym..... and the apartment itself is beautiful. So tastefully decorated with personal touches that make you feel that you are in a beautiful home (as opposed to an impersonal hotel): in fact I loved being there so much, I had to force myself to leave in the evenings to explore more of Bangkok. I could so happily have stayed in the apartment 24/7. Great access to the pool at The Ascott too.... very peaceful and tranquil. I could say so much more, but I can state that this would be my most favourite air-bnb I have stayed in so far. Thank you Salvatore (and again to Dannie for her warm professionalism as the contact) for offering your beautiful apartment for others to enjoy.

Great location and room!!

Everything is conform to the description. This is an high end building and large condo. Nice antiques, comfortable bed. I landed just before Midnight so I arrived at the building close to 115am and Danniie was waiting to welcoming me. What a service! The other reviews are great descriptions of the condo and the area. I will stay again there without any hesitation. Hopefully, it will be available. Many Thanks to the owner to share their place, to Danniie to organize my stay and to Salvatore.

A very splendid experience in a wonderfully touched, pleasantly spaced living area. Welcome was perfect, questions instantly answered. Everything we needed and more at our fingertips. High Class Living!

The apartment is amazing, clean and well maintained just like photos. The space is big for 2 people, we are very very enjoy in Salvatore’s apartment during our stay. Dannie is very kind to welcomed us. Location is also perfect, 5 mins walks to bts, and easy to go to new iconsiam department store and many popular locations. Will book whole week next visit.

Strongly recommended! I just spent a prolonged period at this apartment and can say that it was the best overall experience I’ve had staying in an Airbnb thus far. LOCATION: 10+ if you ask me. Unless for some reason you have to stay in some other part of town, the location - both geographically and in terms of the building itself - is perfect. The apartment is in a tower that also has an uscale hotel in it (the Ascott). That has definite advantages, including at least 3 restaurants that I saw (although I never ate at any of them I could see someone not feeling like going out and ordering room service which I believe you can or going down to the restarant by the pool for a glass of wine). Speaking of the pool, really nice - it is an upscale hotel after all. One thing I liked is that there were barely ever any people there. If access to a gym is important to you then this is also the spot for you... one of the nicest and best equipped health clubs I have visited.... the one catch is that it costs 850 Baht (aboutUS$25) a day. If you are staying for more than a few days they offer a 2 week membership which was way cheaper on a per day basis. There is a convenience store kind of hidden in the parking at the back of the building... I had not realized for the feirst few days which resulted in a few unnecessary trips to the 7Eleven up the street. If you want to do more substantial shopping there is a great supermarket in the basement of the Empire Tower building which is located at the corner of the first intersection 3 minute walk away (turn right when you exit the building on Sathorn road). There are nice coffe shops, a pharmacy and various restaurants in that building as well. There are also some shops and restaurant across the street on that same corner in the office building just next to the W hotel. In that building you will find a dry cleaners if you need one. In terms of getting around, you are a 5 m walk to the Chong Nonsi BTS station (sky train). Although I am more partial to taxis which are dirt cheap and always easy to flag down, The sky train is a great way to get around (except perhaps at rush hour when it gets pretty packed with people). Besides that, the area (Sathorn and Silom roads) offers all sorts of restaurants bars and anything else you can think of, so a nice neighbourhood to walk around. I have been alone, but I think it would be better if a family or a couple comes to long term. It also has a cooking facility and a washing machine. There is also a dressing room. Landscaping is really good. You can see the roof top of the Sirocco from the living room window. I did not expect anything at all. My friend is also very welcoming ~ I feel good ~ I was a bit confused when I checked in. It seems to share the building with the hotel below. I was very kind to let my staff know. It just took me a while to think. There is a cooking school and a divine place near. There are also a lot of outlets, so I have done much more in this outlet than Xian Paragon. It is a 15 to 10 minute distance to the village district.
