The Space:

This newly renovated, ground floor condo is equipped with a split system AC to keep you cool on hot days. The ocean breeze will cast a coolness your way through the lanai door as well.  Only steps to bar-b-ques, beach and pool. Great sunset views. This beautiful condo is ground floor but has a great ocean view.This is a beautiful and conveniently placed unit. Lae Nani is located next door to the Coconut market place and the Lava Lava Beach club providing plenty of walking distance entertainment!

The Neighborhood:

We are close to a number of good places to dine, shop and also activities. Sleeping Giant is behind the condos where you can hike or take a kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls. Also Opaekaa Falls is only a short drive.

The Kauai multi-use path in in front of the condo and goes all around the bay to the Lydgate Beach Park



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a rental car to enjoy all there is on the island.

    Just as described. Great place with pretty much everything you need. Lots of “leftover” item in the kitchen and many water/beach items like chairs, floats, towels etc. love the area and with coconut shopping center within walking distance a big bonus with shopping and food close. The place provides a relaxing stay and the communication before, during, and after put you at ease if you did need anything

    My wife and I have stayed in different units at the Lae Nani over the last 25 years. This is one of the best. Comfortable bed, updated bathrooms, nice decor, plenty of beach toys and patio furniture. The A/C in the bedroom and living room was a big plus.

    The beach is right out the front door, short walk to a nice tiki bar next door to the complex (about 200 yards), and a little further to other restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. All in all a really nice unit too. Clean, everything you might need for the kitchen, the beach, for entertainment. Loved it!

    Wonderful location - Kapa a, centrally located. Walking distance to Coconut Market place, with shopping and restaurants. The updated unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication, check-in and out was seamless. We were a little concerned that we might not have an ocean view since it was on the first floor, but the view was great. Will definitely return.

    Pro: condo location is fantastic, and it being ground floor allows us to step right into the lanai and onto the perfectly-manicured lawn, palm trees, and the (almost private) beach. More than one artisan level coffee houses within 10-min walk, plus numerous restaurants all within very short walk. Owners keep plenty of beach gears to enjoy Con: not much really. The 2 sofabeds can co-exist if one of them is pushed back against the sliding door

    Love the first floor location!. The unit feels small and is very dark...very much like a cave. Two things could go a long way to improve the feel. The walls are dark grey in color, we would choose a lighter color (some kind of off-white) for the walls. We would remove one of the two hide-a-bed couches to open up a very crowded living space. The toilet paper holders are mounted too far behind and too close to the user. Very hard to reach the toilet paper for taller people. The holders create a situation for people to smack their elbows on the holder because they are so close. Proper placement on the wall would be more ergonomic for the user. Beautiful grounds and with excellent access to the water and sunrises!

    Property is lovely. Owner/manager too aggressive regarding do’s and don’t! Telling me “if nothing works, it’s not my fault, don’t expect compensation and don’t call me” was unnecessary and offensive.

    The view from our lanai was amazing. Great place for coffee or cocktails. The grounds are gorgeous with all kinds of beautiful flowers. Very well kept. The unit had everything that we could possibly use during our vacation.

    This place is great. Central location, Home away from home Our 7 year loved the garden and begin steps from the beach. Having the rocks enclose like a barrier really was a plus, and he love playing in the cal water.Thank you for hosting us. We had a beautiful time.
