Sedona's Sanctuary for the Savvy Traveler

The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Internet access was secure and efficient. Furnishings were attractive with a southwest theme. Bed was very comfortable. Unit is located in a mixed use area. Though situated on a busy street, the unit was quiet. All communications with the owner were handled promptly and professionally. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment and located close to many attractions. Mary and Mike are great communicators and we felt very welcome. The space had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. Well equipped. Handy location. Agent very helpful and good communication. Above a dune buggy rental shop. Right on busy hiway so noisy if open sliding door. Bedroom at back of suite so quiet to sleep. Would rent again.

We loved the unit. Lovely kitchen amenities all comforts of home, seasonings including. What nice decor. Close to everything in town. Great view of mountains. Nice host. Very clean with air purifiers. Host was very welcoming lots of information about Sedona. You really feel you are part of family. Mary was a wonderful host. Plus there was not an exorbitant cleaning fee.

We loved our stay and Mary the host was very sweet. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

The extra blankets and space heaters added to the comfort. The view is great and made up for the busy Hwy 89A right in front. Having many eating places within walking distance was a major plus.

Stayed 4 nites at the red rock suites and it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and a view! The bed was cloud like…felt like home. The best part was Mary the host. I had a medical emergency and the help she provided me with during that experience was given with such love and kindness. It is my hope that somehow someday I can repay her gift of care and concern and support she offered. Great stay!

Great clean place to stay for 2-3 people, real close to all the best hikes in Sedona. Host was very nice upon arrival and even gave us a tour of the place and answered any questions.

I wish I could have given the Sedona Sanctuary 5 stars but I just couldn’t. Our host, Mary was nice and accommodating. However, the unit was very outdated. The bedroom was okay and clean but the rest was worn out, carpet was old, the faux leather of the couch had cracks and bare patches and some of the drawers in the kitchen were falling out. It smelled dusty and old even though Mary removed a rug that had a distinct smell. I honestly don’t understand how guests could have given this place a 10/10. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host stopped by to make sure we were settling in okay and then was available if we needed them (which we didn't, as all was in order). The place as perfect for us. Although it was on 89A, the house was quiet and the view of the Red Rocks spectacular. There was a welcome book that included useful maps, suggestions for hike, a park hang tag, and other local information. There were great restaurants within walking distance and Uptown Sedona was a short (3 mile) drive away.This is the best place we stayed in our two week trip to the west coast) from Buffalo, NY The hiking was great!

Apartment was nice, centrally located to everything.

I got turned around at the roundabouts. Mary stayed on the phone with me the whole time till i got here. BTW, mapquest doesnt work in uptown Sedona. Blame it on the vortex!

Nicely decorated and roomy unit. It’s on a busy street, but very quiet. Close to grocery store and with in walking of several good restaurants. Comfortable bed!

We had a great time in Sedona. This location was perfect for us and close to all the great hiking locations. It was quiet and a great space for us. We met Mary and she was kind and gave us information on some places to visit and hike. We would definitely stay here again.
