Stayed Oct 12, 2025Suite Spaces never got back to me on how I can leave separate reviews for them and the resort so they are both here. With the exception of the last (lack of) communication,Suite Spaces responded quickly to my messages.There was a snafu in receiving the checkin info but it was quickly resolved.The resort has a serious plumbing issue. The first day there was raw sewage in our shower and tub. I notified the front desk very early. John empathized and said he would let the day manager, Ben, and facilities know. While we were in the lobby waiting for our ride, Ben entered the building and John told him about our issue. I expected Ben to come over to us but we weren't even acknowledged. We left for the day and when we came back the clerk told us everything was fixed. Ben was standing in the background and again, I expected him to come and say something to us, like Oh I'm terribly sorry for the problems you had..., but nothing.We received texts each of our 3 days that the water was going to be shut off in different parts of the resort so there is a big problem they are trying to deal with.It was a timeshare and we knew we didn’t have to go to a presentation but it still doesn’t diminish the pressure they put on guests at check-in. We told the agent several times we were not interested, yet she still tried to get us to fit a presentation into our schedule. They need to accept that No means No.Still come to Sedona but don't stay here.
