With easy access to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts in the winter, and tons of hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor activities. Relax each morning on your privatepatio facing the woods and then step inside to make some breakfast in the full kitchen before heading out to explore. In the evening, visit one of the area’s many superb restaurants for dinner, then settle in to stream the latest release before bed. Drift off to sleep with one perfect Vermont day behind you and another to come tomorrow.

Please note this is the 1st floor unit and the 2nd floor unit may be rented at the same time.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.
This home does not have air conditioning.
There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
Home has a newly installed Water Filtration System.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
