The Space:

Welcome to your Mediterranean escape. This bright and recently refreshed two-bedroom apartment in the peaceful Balcón de Benalmádena complex now features a brand-new sofa, a redecorated lounge, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay even more comfortable.



With panoramic sea views, high-speed WiFi, and a family-friendly layout, it is an ideal choice for couples, small groups, or remote workers looking to relax by the coast.



The apartment sleeps up to five guests, with a maximum of four adults. There are two comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen, blackout shutters, and built-in wardrobes. The newly decorated lounge includes stylish finishing touches and a brand-new sofa, creating a welcoming space for relaxing evenings. A Smart TV with streaming capability and HDMI connection allows you to use your own devices.



The private balcony offers outdoor dining and uninterrupted sea views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment, and high-speed WiFi makes it suitable for remote working, streaming, or staying connected during your stay.



The apartment is approximately five minutes’ walk from the beach. Please note that the return journey includes a steep hill. Most guests manage this without difficulty, but taxis and Uber are easily available if preferred.



As is common in many Spanish properties, the apartment operates on a standard electrical load. Running multiple high-powered appliances at the same time, such as the oven, shower, and air conditioning, may trip the fuse. This can be easily reset using the switch located in the hallway, and clear instructions are provided inside the property.



We have carefully reviewed guest feedback and made several improvements, including new furniture, updated décor, and a refreshed cleaning checklist for every changeover. Guest comfort remains our priority.



Carvajal Beach and the Fuengirola promenade are just a short walk away. Local bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets are within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without a car. Fuengirola town centre is easily accessible for shopping, day trips, and nightlife. The nearby train station connects directly to Málaga city, Málaga Airport, and other coastal towns along the Costa del Sol. There is also free street parking available in the area.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is situated conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Please note that the hill between the apartment and beach/promenade, though short, is steep and so please take this in mind if you have mobility issues. There are many bars, restaurants and small shops on the seafront area near the apartment and the local town of Fuengirola is easy to get to, with thousands of shops, restaurants and bars and many attractions.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well located for guests who want flexibility during their stay. Carvajal Beach, local restaurants, cafés, and small supermarkets are within walking distance. Please note that the return walk from the beach includes a steep hill, which some guests may prefer to avoid by using a taxi or Uber, both of which are easily available and inexpensive in the area.



Carvajal train station is nearby and provides direct connections to Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Málaga city centre, and Málaga Airport, making it easy to explore the Costa del Sol without a car. Fuengirola town centre can also be reached quickly for shopping, dining, and nightlife.



For guests travelling by car, there is free street parking available in the surrounding area.

Interaction with Guests:

We are available in working hours for small issues and questions: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

We are of course available to respond to emergencies at all times.

We try to leave guests to enjoy their holiday as much as possible.
