A beautiful modern two bedroom apartment on the beach front in Rosslare Strand, Co. Wexford has a patio area with garden furniture and beautiful sea views.
Our sea view apartment is located in the centre of Rosslare Strand beside the entrance to main beach car park and close to Kelly's Hotel and just opposite Kelly’s Cafe with our direct access to beach, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is within walking distance to shops, hotel, restaurants, bars, golf & public transport.
The complex has electric gates which lead to secure private parking.
There is also private access from the complex to Rosslare’s amazing Blue Flag beach.

Stephen Hunt the Irish soccer play has a Pub and Restaurant called “Tides” just minutes from the apartment.
Great location just 10 minute drive from Rosslare Harbour and Wexford Town
Just 10 – 15 minute drive to Carne Beach and the beautiful fishing village of Kilmore Quay.

Extras
Security deposit of €150 euro will be requested on arrival and will be returned once the apartment is let in the condition it was found.
Electricity is charged at €5 per day in July and August and €7 per day for the rest of the year.
Travel cot and high chair available on request.
Bed linen and towels supplied but we recommend you bring extra towels.
Parking charge of €25 per stay.
Recycling must be removed from the property and can be disposed of located in the public car park opposite Tides pub.

    Vary clean had all the amenities that you needed good location electronic gates made you feel very safe people close by were very friendly Listening to the sea when you were in bed was lovely Will definitely book again

    Very well appointed apartment, on the beach, opposite a great restaurant. What more did we need? Family break for two with a 3 and a 6 year old. We loved it. We highly recommend this apartment. We will be back next year.

    The Relax Ireland team did a great job of looking after our needs during our stay at Silversands. The location is second to none and is right smack bang on the beach - great if you have kids and beaches are their thing. The apartment facilities are modern and well appointed; it had everything that we needed during our stay. Proximity to the Centra across was a big plus. Groups of kids tend to congregate late at night in the public seating area adjacent to the bedroom windows and they can get pretty noisy but otherwise, I can't fault the property, the location or the service offered. We look forward to returning.

    Beautiful apartment, woke up to the sound of the waves every morning. This apartment has everything you need, Alexa made sure that I had the right music when I asked for it. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, ice creams next door, and a shop 20 steps away. Perfect family get away.

    This is an excellent property and a brilliant location. It is a comfortable apartment for a family of 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is the big and unique selling point. It is literally on the beach and when you are sitting at the kitchen table the view is of the beach and across the sea to Rosslare harbour. Lovely to have a coffee on the patio terrace on a sunny morning. It has private quick access to and from the beach. We stayed at this property also in 2019 and were so impressed that we booked again straight away for a longer stay in 2020. I would hope to return there again in the future.

    Well presented property in a great location. The apartment is well supplied but could benefit from up grading couches - very grubby & reconfigurations of second bedroom. The gate was an issue throughout our entire stay & remained fully open for a number of days. I would suggest you incorporate both parking charge & daily electric charge in rental, it seems a bit petty to require 5 euros day for electricity upon arrival. Overall nice apartment & would return.
