Seaside Shanty - Walk to Hampton & Seabrook Beach!

Clean cute house in quiet beach community neighborhood. Accommodating re parking. Walkable, yes, but not as close to downtown Hampton Beach as expected. Still manageable though.

The owners were nice and responsive. The Apartment is on the 3rd floor which was fine but people should be aware of it.

Stayed a week for a family reunion. Unit is exactly as described and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great stay! Everything we needed and the host was very communicative and available when needed. Just know there is only one AC unit in the whole place, which does work very well. Just good to know going in that the bedrooms don't have one. If you are able to leave the doors open, it stays cool but if you have to close them then it can warm up. Overall we still loved the place and location and would love to stay again!

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean with plenty of space for all of us. The house is in great location as well. Far enough away from the business of Hampton Beach, but close enough if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The neighborhood was excellent as well. Nice and quiet in the evening with just a short walk to the beach (the provided beach cart was very helpful). The locals in the neighborhood were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Seaside Shanty!

Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.

It was a safe, quaint neighborhood. A short walk and we were at the beautiful beach. Very nice place!

Property was nice. Easy to find and clean inside. Looks just like the pictures. Close to everything. We ate at Seaglass restaurant and was a perfect dinner and beautiful view.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Walking distance to 2 beaches. We could only stay for one night but would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Given that my party and I only stayed for one night we were still thrilled with the overall experience of the place provided! Very welcoming and honestly the easiest check in process I’ve had to go through. Would definitely recommend this host to any future guests!

Needed a worry free, quiet and clean place to take my 86 year old mom for a small vaca and this was just perfect

We went for a quick trip to the beach once we got to the room we instantly wanted to stay longer. Was very impressed with the cleanliness rooms were great and open already looking into next year for a longer stay. Best review I’ve ever giving
