A fantastic and modern, quality apartment located on a second floor in the popular urbanisation of Bahia de la Plata in Estepona East. This elegant family apartment, with its tasteful decoration, offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. The master bedroom offers a comfortable, a king size bed (160x200cm) and also has an elegant en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with over-head shower, double hand basin, WC and bidet, it is also equipped with underfloor heating (only available during the winter months). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and also has a small laundry room with a washing machine. The spacious living room is very well presented and offers a dining area for up to five guests and a seating area with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with a high speed fiber optic internet connection and international channels such as Sky. The lounge has direct access to the large south facing balcony through the sliding doors with amazing sea views along with views of the communal swimming pool and lovely gardens. The balcony is equipped with an outdoor dining area for four guests and a relaxer/sofa area with comfortable seating for four. The community features two large outdoor pools with separate children´s pool and direct access to a secluded beach and promenade. The community also has a well equipped spacious gym, padel court and spa including indoor pool and steam room.
