Only had three towels for two nights with 4 people The A/C hardly worked The ceiling fan only worked on low speed The shower head fell off Smaller then expected

Property manager Kim, always answered when called. Major hurricane passed through about two weeks prior. Neighbors are quiet. About 15 roosters live near. Could have been cleaned better. Was hair on pillows and bath tub needed a through cleaning. Driveway is made up of oster shells which was very sharp and ended up cutting my dogs feet. The listing did not display this info.

It was very nice place to stay and just relax, nice clean are and friendly place.

This was the perfect space for us, we are just 3 great friends who need to get together once in a while. We love the porch for our hanging out. The bed is super comfortable and it’s a peaceful neighborhood spot. The price is right, so we’ve made it our spot to return to when we come to Matagorda!

It was good I have been going to matagorda for about 5 years now I was very disappointed on how they turned their beach which has opened up with graders no shells to be found stacked in like sardines just another greedy and money feed town like port a I'm sorry the pristine of the beach with was natural untouched beach buggy be with children driving by their selves infant riding on laps toddlers no car seats welcome to port Aransas messed I will retire somewhere else the property and host was awesome thanks

We enjoyed the place thoroughly The front deck was awesome! The bed was very comfortable And communication was perfect!
